SPHX-2300 double PC gluer machine can be used AA PC ,AB PC,two PC carton and single PC carton to glue, this machine can instead of the manual gluing, reduce the work ,compare with the traditional semi-auto gluer machine ,can save labour, because of different working model, compare with above two carton gluing process, can largely improve the product quality.
Main Technology:
This machine adopts frequency convertor to adjust speed, PLC control, model convert, match with high speed clutch, run and control exactly.
This machine with separate paper-feeder system, with hard wind absorption feeding pare, can double PC and single PC to feed paper.
When this machine work two PC carton, two PC paper can glue in moving, and 4 face position well and exact. While two PC to one PC, worker can manual fold in folding part, meanwhile can manual erect to the crossing part of creasing line and corrugated line, so as to finish the final shaping.

Install and connect line
This machine weight is 2.2T,10cm cement floor is ok, but the floor must level
When install the machine, the drive part with the workshop wall must more than 1m, in order to operate and maintenance easily
This machine input power is 380V AC power, with Zero line and floor line, please connect the line as drawing, MUST INSTALL THE FLOOR LINE
This machine input air pressure is more than 0.6mpa, then machine can work, check each part running and function is good or not, starting machine way as following : turn on the total power switch on the left of the electric box, then power switch on the button board, click the starting button, running button, fan switch, then machine can run. The paper length input and the single PC and double PC, can input in the touch screen
Temperature controller heat the melting glue, while normal work, set the temperature, choose the manual model to work. If second day to work, can manual heat, also can choose automatic set to heat in advance
Operations:
This machine can start after the heating glue melt
According to the paper size and thickness, to adjust the side blade block of the feeding paper part, the absorption wind belt position, and the feeding paper knife pressure, to insure the feeding paper constantly and steadily
Turn on the fan, feed the paper into the middle feeding paper part, then according to the paper size to adjust the feeding paper belt position, then adjust the back-paper rail and side paper rail
2.4 Put the glue into the glue bank, adjust glue by adjusting the glue control rotate button according to the gluer function and paper.
Maintenance:
Each rod linkage mechanism need add lubricate machine oil on time
Each bearing with base, need to add lubricate grease
Hoot glue bank part, bearing need to add high temperature grease (bear 250 degree)
Wipe the machine on time, special the front part of adjusting middle feeding-paper, wipe the drive hexagonal shaft and plain shaft to avoid dust and affect adjusting
