Two Station Flat Bed Die Cut Punching Machine is specially designed for creasing, trimming, slotting & Punching of corrugated boards. This dynamic machine Provides Flexibility for die cutting two different jobs simultaneously ensuring saving of time. labor & provides higher productivity. Additionally, holes and interlocking jobs can also be done. It is equipped with control panel & runs on both auto and manual mode. It die-cut from 3 ply. 5 ply up to 13 ply corrugated boards. It also die-cuts 'E'.'F‘&'G' Flute Corrugated board, sun pack sheets, Gaskets, rubber soles etc.
Rotary Die Cutting Machine is designed for cutting, creasing, and punching of corrugated sheets. This high-speed machine is an ideal substitute for scoring (Rotary), slotting and additionally gives higher productivity. It is equipped with chain feeding ensuring easy operation & helps in the easy feeding of warp board. Die cutting roller is made high-quality steel with hard chromed plating. Upward roller can move 40 mm from left to right & can protect the American cue rubber roller. This machine is equipped with rubber turning system. We can directly process the damaged part of rubber after long use. Kick feed and lead edge (vacuum) fed models are also available.
